Welcome to Canada Custom Consoles. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products

Canada Custom Consoles sells refurbished, restored, customized, modified, and/or pre-owned retro gaming products.

Because many of our products are made from pre-owned hardware, some items may have normal signs of previous use, including light scratches, scuffs, marks, minor discoloration, screen wear, or battery wear unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Product descriptions and photographs are provided to accurately represent the products as much as reasonably possible. Unless a listing specifically states that the pictured unit is the exact item being sold, minor cosmetic differences may occur between the product shown and the product received.

Custom Products

Many of our consoles are individually customized or modified.

Customization options may include, but are not limited to, shells, buttons, screens, skins, storage, software, accessories, and other modifications described on the product page.

Once a custom order has been processed or work has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected customization options before completing their purchase.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Canada Custom Consoles reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, incorrect product information, or other circumstances that may prevent the order from being properly fulfilled.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Pricing & Availability

Product prices, descriptions, availability, specifications, and shipping options may change at any time.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information and pricing are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

If an item is purchased at an incorrect price due to an obvious pricing or listing error, Canada Custom Consoles may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and Shopify's payment services where applicable.

Canada Custom Consoles does not directly store complete credit card information.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping

Shipping times provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs, remote delivery locations, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays are outside of Canada Custom Consoles' direct control. We will work with the customer and shipping carrier where appropriate to help resolve delivery issues.

International Orders

Customers ordering outside Canada may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Canada Custom Consoles is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for charges imposed by the destination country.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Custom, modified, personalized, opened, damaged, or altered products may have additional return restrictions as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with their console, device, region, accessories, software, or intended setup before purchasing.

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact Canada Custom Consoles before placing your order.

We are not responsible for compatibility issues resulting from information or equipment supplied by the customer that was not disclosed or confirmed before purchase.

Software & Digital Content

Some products may include software, firmware, operating-system modifications, emulators, game-management software, or other digital content.

Customers are responsible for using software and digital content in accordance with applicable laws and the terms applicable to that software.

Canada Custom Consoles does not claim ownership of third-party software, trademarks, or intellectual property belonging to their respective owners.

Warranty & Product Condition

Any warranty provided with a product will be stated on the applicable product page or in our Refund & Return Policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold by Canada Custom Consoles are refurbished, restored, customized, modified, or pre-owned products and should not be considered brand-new products.

Warranty or return coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, liquid damage, improper charging, unauthorized repairs, unauthorized modifications, neglect, or damage caused by third-party accessories or equipment, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Canada Custom Consoles website, including logos, branding, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, text, designs, layouts, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Canada Custom Consoles unless otherwise stated.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, logos, game titles, console names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
